Gregory Poilasne, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (Class C), Nuvve
Gregory Poilasne is a co-founder of Nuvve and has served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since its inception. He is directly responsible for managing and overseeing all different activities related to the successful development, deployment and commercialization of Nuvve’s technologies, as well as developing and supporting the overall strategy. Since February 2019, he also has served as a board member of Dreev, a business venture between EDF and Nuvve. Mr. Poilasne has more than 20 years of experience in the start-up and technology space. He was Chief Executive Officer of DockOn AG, a Radio-Frequency technology company from February 2011 to January 2016. He was also Vice-President of Business Development of Rayspan, another Radio-Frequency technology company, from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Poilasne was Director of Engineering at Kyocera Wireless, a handset company from 2003 to 2006 and was a founding engineer and director of engineering at Ethertronics, a wireless antenna company, from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Poilasne holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rennes 1, France and a Diplome d’ingenieur from the Ecole Superieur d’Electronique de l’Ouest (ESEO), France.

Eduardo Royes, Managing Director, ICR
Eduardo is a Managing Director in ICR’s Energy Investor Relations practice, responsible for leading ICR’s IR efforts in helping companies tied to the energy transition tell their story. His focus is on Renewables & Energy Technology, including Electric Vehicles, while he also supports the team’s traditional Oil & Gas coverage. He has executed on IPOs, SPAC transactions and detailed IR programs. He has more than 12 years of capital markets and energy industry experience as a research analyst. During this time, Eduardo developed a reputation for being detail-oriented and highly thoughtful, which helped foster strong relationships with both the companies he covered as well as the firm’s institutional investor clients. He joined ICR in early-2020 after spending the majority of his career on the Energy team at Jefferies. During his time at the firm, Eduardo was responsible for primary coverage on a portfolio of energy companies, including Services and related subsectors. He consistently ranked as one of the highest performing Vice Presidents at the firm according to relevant benchmarks, including broker votes, time spent on client engagement, and generating marketing with corporates. Prior to Jefferies, Eduardo started his career as a research analyst on the Energy Equity Research team at Credit Suisse.
