Stephen Ehrlich is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Voyager Digital Ltd., one of the fastest-growing, publicly traded cryptocurrency marketplace in the US. Founded in 2018 to bring choice, transparency, and cost efficiency to the marketplace. Voyager offers a secure way to trade over 100 different cryptocurrency assets using its easy-to-use mobile application. Through its subsidiary Coinify ApS, Voyager provides cryptocurrency payment solutions for both consumers and merchants around the globe. Previously, Stephen was Chief Executive Officer at E*TRADE Professional Trading LLC., where he led eight mergers and acquisitions over seven years, including the management buyout of the Lightspeed division in July 2006, making him Chief Executive Officer of Lightspeed Financial, LLC. Stephen is founder of the Hockey in Norwalk Foundation, a non-profit that created opportunities in hockey for 300 young players and was awarded by the NY Rangers. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Carol is an accomplished investor relations and corporate affairs executive, with international and multi-industry experience at public companies. She has a track record of providing strategic counsel to C-suite leaders and boards, helping to enhance reputations and shareholder value.Having served as a senior corporate officer at five international public companies, Walmart, Inc., The Home Depot, Kerr-McGee Corporation (acquired by Anadarko), Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE owner) and Signet Jewelers, Carol now is leveraging her experience in investor relations, corporate governance, stakeholder engagement and reputation management to advise both public and private companies. Among recent projects are the development of initial ESG reports for several public companies and communications strategy development for a tech start-up.During her 11 years as Walmart’s global investor relations officer, Carol worked with the entire C-suite to position the company during a period of transformational growth and change, including expansion in e-commerce and supply chain/logistics, M&A, reputational issues, and several C-suite transitions. She initiated Walmart’s first corporate governance outreach program, reporting to the Board’s Nominating and Governance Committee. Before her corporate roles, she held management positions and revenue responsibility with major marketing communication agencies.Carol was elected in 2021 to the Board of Managers of privately held Water Tower Research, an investor engagement and stakeholder communications platform. She also has been an advisor to two start-up firms. Among other non-profit organizations she serves currently is the Advisory Board of Retailers United, helping small retail entrepreneurs launch their businesses.A member of St. Bonaventure University’s Board of Trustees since 2015, Carol serves on several committees, including chairing Trusteeship, with responsibility for recruiting Board members and selecting a new Board Chair in 2022. She participated in the University’s Presidential search, which was completed in March.With an MA in communications from Rowan University and a BA in mass communication from St. Bonaventure University, Carol is a thought leader and speaker on investor relations and communications topics.
