Kurt Barton, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, Tractor Supply Company
Kurt Barton is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Tractor Supply Company, a role he has held since March of 2017. He was promoted to Executive Vice President in February of 2019. As CFO, Barton has responsibility for accounting, financial planning and analysis, financial services, investor relations and procurement. During Barton’s 23-year career with Tractor Supply, the Company has grown from 275 stores to more than 2,000 stores with annual revenues of $12.7 billion in 2021. Since joining the Company, Barton has served in multiple positions of increasing responsibility across accounting and internal audit, most recently as Controller and Assistant Corporate Secretary. He has played a key role in transforming the Company from a small cap company to a large cap company and has been recognized as a top-ranked CFO by Institutional Investor. Prior to joining Tractor Supply Company, Barton, a Certified Public Accountant, began his career in public accounting in 1993, spending six years at Ernst & Young, LLP. Barton serves on the Board of Directors for Cul2vate, a non-profit committed to feeding the hungry by growing food and growing people.

Simeon Gutman, Managing Director, Morgan Stanley
Simeon Gutman is a Managing Director who covers the Hardlines, Broadlines and Food Retail industries. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2014 and has more than 21 years of US Retail industry research experience. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Simeon covered Retail Hardlines at Credit Suisse and prior to that he covered retail stocks at Goldman Sachs. Simeon has been ranked as a top analyst in the Institutional Investor All-America Research Polls since 2018 in the Hardlines, Broadlines, and Food Retail categories. Simeon holds a BA in Economics from Brandeis University, an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, and is a CFA charter holder.
