Thomas (Tom) Caldecot Chubb III is the Chairman, CEO and President of Oxford Industries Inc. Oxford was founded in 1942, went public in 1960 and has been listed on the NYSE since 1964. Oxford has paid a dividend every quarter since it went public.Historically, Oxford was a private label manufacturer serving a wide variety of retailers and catalog operations. In 2003, Oxford began a strategic transformation of the company away from being a private label manufacturer and toward being a branded, direct-to-consumer company. Today Oxford owns and operates the Tommy Bahama, Lilly Pulitzer, Southern Tide, The Beaufort Bonnet Company and Duck Head clothing brands. Oxford serves millions of customers every year with products and services from these brands through its 223 company owned stores, 21 company owned restaurants, 60 licensed stores, its ecommerce websites and select third party retailers.Tom graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Economics. He also holds a JD degree from the University of Georgia. Tom started at Oxford as a summer intern in 1988, while in law school, and has served the company in a wide variety of positions prior to becoming Chairman and CEO. Tom believes firmly in the importance of civic engagement and serves on the boards of the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, the Rotary Club of Atlanta, the Woodruff Arts Center, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Arts & Sciences Foundation.Tom also serves on the board of Flowers Foods, Inc. (NYSE: FLO) Flowers Foods, Inc. which produces and markets packaged bakery products in the United States.

In 2011, Traders Magazine awarded her as Entrepreneur of the Year.
