Dr. Denis Phares, Chief Executive Officer, Dragonfly Energy

Dr. Denis Phares is the Chief Executive Officer of Dragonfly Energy Corp. where he focuses on the Company’s overall strategy, product development and the advancement of Dragonfly's energy storage technologies.Dr Phares earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Villanova and a Ph.D. in Engineering from Caltech, eventually becoming a tenured faculty member of the Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering Department at the University of Southern California. As a professor, Dr. Phares worked extensively on fluid and aerosol mechanics, nanotechnology, and advanced manufacturing, but ultimately left academia to make a greater impact on green energy storage. While getting an MBA at the University of Nevada, he founded Dragonfly Energy and began building Lithium-Ion batteries out of his garage. Today, Dragonfly Energy and its consumer brand, Battle Born Batteries, has become an industry leader within green energy storage. The long-term mission of the company is to bring to market new, non-flammable energy storage technologies which reach beyond Dragonfly’s current consumer and recreational off-grid applications, providing safe, affordable, and reliable energy storage solutions for all.

John Marchetti, Chief Financial Officer, Dragonfly Energy

John Marchetti is the Chief Financial Officer of Dragonfly Energy Corp., leading the accounting, corporate finance, and investor relations functions of the company, and serves as a key member of the executive leadership team.Mr. Marchetti brings over 20 years of experience to Dragonfly from the technology, manufacturing, and financial services industries. Mr. Marchetti joined the company from Stifel where he served as Managing Director within the equity research division, where he covered the applied technology markets, including research of advanced battery technologies. He previously served as Chief Strategy Officer of Fabrinet, where Mr. Marchetti enabled growth and diversification through innovative go-to-market strategies and the development of an effective investor relationsstrategy. Prior experience included equity research roles at Cowen & Co. and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Marchetti holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut and served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Sioban Hickie, Senior Vice President, ICR Inc.

Sioban Hickie is a Senior Vice President within the Energy, Sustainability and Modern Mobility Investor Relations practice at ICR Inc. Ms. Hickie has over 25 years of capital markets experience within the energy industry, including positions within equity research at Evercore and Citi, investment banking at Citi and on the corporate side for Hess Oil. Prior to attending Columbia Business School in 2000, Ms. Hickie focused on macro investments in the energy markets at SAC Capital and began her career investing in international energy equities at Leucadia National.
