John Merris is the CEO of Solo Brands (NYSE: DTC), a Grapevine, Texas based platform of direct-to-consumer lifestyle brands, including Solostove, Chubbies, Isle Paddlebords and Oru Kayak, which he led from humble positioning to a successful IPO in 2021. John, a graduate of Brigham Young University and the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, leads, operates, and innovates with a vision inspired by his diverse professional background across both B2B and B2C. Immediately prior to Solo Brands, John helped lead Ft. Worth based Clarus Glassboards to unprecedented growth, resulting in a successful exit via private equity. John and his wife Cindy live in Southlake, Texas with their five children.

Somer Webb, CFO, Solo Brands
Somer Webb has served as the Chief Financial Officer for Solo Brands since May 2022. Prior to her time with the Company, Ms. Webb served as Chief Financial Officer at Worldwide Express, a private equity backed, non-asset-based logistics provider. Prior to her time at Worldwide Express, Ms. Webb held leadership roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies, including DaVita, Amazon and Yum Brands. Ms. Webb holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Baylor University and an MBA from University of Texas at Arlington.

Peter Keith, Managing Director & Senior Research Analyst, Piper Sandler
Peter Keith is a managing director and senior research analyst at Piper Sandler covering hardlines and leisure companies. Prior to rejoining Piper Sandler in 2011, Keith worked as a senior analyst at JMP Securities. Previously, he worked at Piper Sandler as a research associate on the hardlines retail team from 2005-09. From 1997-2003, he worked at RS Investments in San Francisco, where he led the company’s institutional and retail mutual fund sales effort. Keith was awarded Best Up-and-Comer in the Retailing/Hardlines category in Institutional Investor magazine's annual poll for 2010. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Vermont and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.
