Tom Owston, Chief Commercial Officer, Rubicon Technologies
Tom Owston is Rubicon’s Chief Commercial Officer. He oversees all United States accounts with a focus on retention, customer satisfaction, and growth. Tom rejoined Rubicon after two years at ADP (NASDAQ: ADP) where he consulted with companies on HR solutions and, during his previous tenure at Rubicon beginning in 2015, Tom managed the retail client portfolio through a period of significant growth. Prior to Rubicon, Tom worked as an Account Executive at Mercatus, a vertical SaaS platform built specifically for the renewable energy industry. Before that, Tom spent more than five years at Big Belly Solar, an IOT trashcan hardware/software company. During that time he launched and managed the Philadelphia Street and Sanitation deployment, the largest account for the company. Tom graduated with a B.S. from Northeastern University, where he also competed in athletics as a member of the Varsity Crew Team. Tom serves as a member of the Northeastern University Rowing Board of Directors, which supports the next generation of athletes and emphasizes focus, dedication, and teamwork.

Dan Aldridge, Founder and Managing Partner, SHARE Series
Dan is currently the Founder and Managing Partner for SHARE Series. He is also the President of the National Investor Relations Institute for the Southeast and has been on the board of directors for the past five years. He was formerly the Senior Director of Investor Relations (IR) for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where was responsible for managing the company’s relationships with the investment community, and creating and disseminating all financial communications, including the company’s strategy and vision. Prior to ICE, Dan led the Investor Relations function for CF Industries, INC., based in Chicago, IL. Prior to CF, Dan helped lead the IR department at The Home Depot and had leadership roles in their internal audit/consulting and FP&A functions for over seven years. Dan started his career at UPS where he had increasing levels of responsibility in the Internal audit, and FP&A departments, including M&A. Dan is a graduate of The University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a BA and Masters degrees in Accounting. Dan also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation.
