No Woman Left Behind - Diversity in Women Appointed to Senior Executive Levels
The progression of women in the corporate world has come a long way. The 40% c-suite target is within reach, and we are now stepping into the roles of CEO, CFO, President and Senior Independent Director. Women continue to take their rightful place in boardrooms, leaning-in and having a voice at the table. But while, at first glance, the stats look great, do all women see themselves represented? What about representation by race, religion, gender identity or sexuality? How do we ensure equitable access for all types of women to achieve their career aspirations, evidencing a broad representation of senior female executives from all backgrounds?
The London Stock Exchange Group is hosting a hybrid event, in partnership with the LSEG Women’s Network (WIN), to explore how a diverse panel of women have progressed their careers to senior level roles and how to leverage learnings from their personal journeys. We will discuss how to drive genuinely equitable opportunity for ALL women, across ALL backgrounds and demographics. There will be a keynote address by Tsega Gebreyes.
