Nadeem joined Microlise in 1987 and has fulfilled various responsibilities and gained experience across all elements of the business, including sales, system integration, marketing, operations and business computing. He led a management buyout of the Group in 2008, when he became CEO. He is a board member of Trakm8 Holdings plc and is Deputy Lieutenant, support Lord-Lieutenant in Nottinghamshire. Nadeem was named in the FT Top 100 BAME leaders in 2018.Nadeem has complete responsibility for the operational management and control of all Microlise business activities.
