Jay Puchir, Chief Executive Officer, White River Energy Corp.

Mr. Puchir currently serves as the CEO of White River Energy Corp. Mr. Puchir has served as the CFO and Treasurer of Ecoark since April 12, 2022 and October 22, 2020, respectively. Mr. Puchir has also served as the President and CEO of Banner Midstream Corp. since its formation in April 2018. Additionally, Mr. Puchir has previously served in numerous executive roles at Ecoark, including: Director of Finance from December 2016 - March 2017, CEO from March 2017 - October 2017, CFO from October 2017 - May 2018 and CAO from March 2020 - October 2020. He has also served as Chairman of Banner Energy Services Corp. from February 2020 - August 2020. Mr. Puchir is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of South Carolina.

Randy May, Executive Chairman, White River Energy Corp

Mr. May currently serves as Executive Chairman of White River Energy Corp. Mr. May has served as Chairman of the Board of Ecoark since April 11, 2016. Mr. May had served as CEO of Ecoark from April 13, 2016 - March 28, 2017, and continued his present role as CEO from September 21, 2017 onwards. Mr. May is a veteran of the retail and supply-chain businesses, with over a quarter of a century of experience in marketing, operational and executive roles. Previously, Mr. May held several roles with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (“Walmart”). From 1998 to 2004, Mr. May had served as Divisional Manager for half of the United States - for one of Walmart’s specialty divisions, where Mr. May was responsible for all aspects of strategic planning, finance, and operations for over 1,800 stores.

Marc Silverberg, Partner, ICR

Marc is Partner and head of ICR’s Energy investor relations practice. He joined ICR in 2015, and has 17 years of experience in the capital markets industry. Throughout his career, Marc has partnered closely with senior-level energy executives as a sell-side analyst, investor, and now corporate advisor. Marc has extensive experience in crafting investor relations strategies for companies of all sizes across the energy value chain. His team has advised on nearly 40 go-public transactions since 2019 and has significant experience advising communications strategies for public and private companies across mergers, acquisitions and other major transactions. Prior to joining ICR, Marc served as a Director of Investments at Oppenheimer, where he co-managed an energy investment portfolio. Prior to that, Marc spent more than eight years with Barclays and Lehman Brothers, most recently as Vice President on the energy equity research team, which consistently ranked top three on the All-America Institutional Investor survey. Marc began his career as a Consultant at Deloitte, where he focused on the financial services industry and was involved in the largest-ever investment management merger. He graduated Cum Laude with a double concentration in Finance and Management Information Systems from the School of Management at Binghamton University.
