Ryan Ezell, Chief Operating Officer, Flotek
Ryan Ezell currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He joined Flotek in August 2019 and previously served as President of Flotek's Chemistry Technologies segment and Senior Vice President of Operations. Ryan brings over 20 years of industry experience to the leadership team at Flotek. Prior to joining Flotek, Ryan was a global leader at Halliburton, where he held roles of increasing responsibility for the Drilling and Evaluation Division. In this capacity, he drove strategy, implemented change management and increased market share and profitability – with safety and ethics at the forefront – for a business with revenues in excess of $2.8 billion and more than 5,500 employees in 51 countries. Ryan has a Ph. D in Polymer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Millsaps College. He is a published scientist and an author on more than 26 patents.

Bernie Colson, Senior Vice President – Corporate Development & Sustainability, Flotek
Bernie leads the Company’s corporate development, sustainability, and investor relations strategies. He is an experienced investment executive and ESG leader with more than 20 years of experience at investment banks, asset managers, and corporates. Most recently, Bernie was at Delaware Ivy Investments where he was Global Equity Analyst, Portfolio Manager, and Energy Team Lead. He has also held leadership roles at investment bank Seaport Global Holdings, solar asset holding company Clean Focus Yield, and investment bank Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. Bernie also serves on the Board of Directors of CCVI, a Kansas City nonprofit providing services to visually impaired children. Bernie received a Master of Business Administration from Michigan Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University. He holds CFA and SASB FSA certifications.

Jeff Robertson, Managing Director, Water Tower Research
Prior to Water Tower Research, Jeff was an 18-year equity research veteran at Lehman Brothers / Barclays where his coverage concentrated on mid- and small-capitalization companies in the oil & gas exploration and production sectors, and he also covered master limited partnerships (MLPs) and royalty companies. Previously, Jeff worked in similar industry roles at Salomon Smith Barney and Wasserstein Perella. Jeff has worked on the sell-side for 28 years, gaining exposure to all facets of the oil & gas industry, and his tenure spans multiple industry cycles. Jeff holds a BS degree in Geology from Centenary College of Louisiana, an MS degree in Geology from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
